1. Customization based on the customer's design order. The customer fills out the design order in advance, selects the product type they need to customize, and notes the customization requirements.

2. The customer needs to take the mold by himself, send the completed design order and dental mold to us, and we will customize the production according to the design order and dental mold. If the dental mold conditions are not enough or there are any problems, we will communicate with the customer by phone.

3. After receiving the customer's dental mold, both parties sign a contract and pay a deposit. After that, the dental mold enters the production process, and the production time is calculated from the time the order is entered into the system.

4. The product completion period is about 3-7 working days, and the production time of different products is different.
